The main theme that spans my over 10+ year career in User Experience (UX) Design is my track record of uniting and aligning groups of people toward a common goal: To create products that improve the lives of people, provide value, and make the world a better place.
My strengths lie in capturing ideas to transform into easy-to-understand requirements, articulating design decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create products that are valuable to others. I’ve been successful in aligning user-centered design ideas with business initiatives and I’ve managed design processes from user research through implementation across web, mobile (iOS and Android), and conversational UI.
